Cotton College State University (CCSU) invited applications for recruitment to the post of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor, Librarian, Assistant Librarian & Library Assistant in various Departments. The first screening process will start from 15 June 2015.

Pay Scale:

• Assistant Professor: Rs.15600/- to 39100/- + AGP Rs.6000/-
• Associate Professor: Rs.37400/- to 67000/- + AGP Rs.9000/-
• Professor: Rs.37400/- to 67000/- + AGP Rs.10000/-
• Librarian: Rs.37400/- to 67000/- + AGP Rs.10000/-
• Assistant Librarian: Rs.12000/- to 40000/- + AGP Rs.6300/-
• Library Assistant: Rs.8000/- to 35000/- + AGP Rs.4500/-

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have Good academic record with minimum 55% marks or an equivalent grade at the Master degree level in the relevant subject and PhD Degree in the concerned/allied/relevant disciplines in relevant field with desired experience as per the Post. Candidates should have qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC/CSIR or a similar test accredited by the UGC (state level eligibility test SLET/SET).

Age Limit (as on 1 July 2015)

• Assistant Professor: 21 to 38 years
• Associate Professor: 55 years
• Professor: 60 years

Selection Procedure

Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of Interview.
